Description
Mosaic colorwork is captivating to look at and fun to knit. In this class you’ll gain the knowledge to forge confidently ahead in mosaic knitting! We will unlock the differences between mosaic charts and other knitting charts; you’ll learn how to combine knits and purls into the same mosaic piece; and you’ll gain an understanding of the rules of mosaic design so that you can experiment and design your own mosaic motifs.

Pre-requisites
Students should be able to cast on, bind off, knit, purl, and work in the round, and slip stitches.

I will provide a handout.
Supplies Students Need
Worsted weight yarn in two contrasting colors, one light and one dark. Both straight and double-pointed (or two circular) needles in a compatible size (US #7-9), scissors, stitch markers, a printout of the handout, and a pencil.
