Description

Cables are lovely... until you flip them over. Now learn how to make them reversible! Learn what cables can and cannot be made reversible, and the resultant characteristics of the reversible cabled fabric. Many examples of cables - rope, lozenge, celtic braid, horn and more - are covered with step-by-step examination on how to convert them to reversible. Participants will be given several reversible sample stitch patterns to knit up later.

Pre-requisites
Participants should be able to accomplish basic long tail cast-on, and basic stitches such as knit, purl, K2tog, SSK, yo, and know how to do a basic rope cable.

a cable needle, preferably straight, locking stitch markers, worsted weight wool or wool blend yarn in a light or medium color, US size 7 needles (or whatever you use for worsted weight).
