In this workshop you will learn how to "make a bunch of holes, in the right place". Better known as Orenburg Style Lace knitting, this class with introduce you to the 10 basic elements, chart reading, and the proper care of your heirloom piece.

The only thing required for this class is an overall comfort level with holding knitting needles

Materials
Please bring knitting needles appropriate for the size of yarn chosen for the workshop. Please no cotton or acrylic fiber. Smooth yarn, in a light pastel color is the best, as this is often available in everyone's personal stash of yarn. You need approximately 200 yards. Handouts will be provided.
Supplies Students Need
Students will need a pencil, with eraser, small scissors, and highlight tape or ruler.
