Crochet is an incredibly useful skill for the knitter. This beginner class is designed for those with little or no crochet experience. During this session, you will learn how to bring the power of the crochet hook to your knitting: -Single Crochet - Finishing details: "No sew" seams, tighten loose necklines, and finish your knits with crocheted borders. - Crocheted provisional cast-ons. - Using your crochet hook to fix mistakes

Homework Required?
Students will need to bring two 4x4 inch squares of stockinette-stitch using #7 or #8 needles and worsted weight yarn to practice their edgings.

Cast on 20 sts and work in stockinette stitch (knit 1 row, purl 1 row) for 4". Bind off.
